Hi! Hola!

I am Adriana Catalina Vazquez Ortiz, or just Adriana is fine. I am an Entrepreneur, Product & Experience Designer & Computer Scientist. I cofounded Lilu, where we build tech-enabled products to empower new moms, with the most incredible team I’ve been privileged to know. Founding Lilu has taken me on a journey of creating and building, and also becoming an advocate for diversity in startups, women’s health, latinX founders - and so much more.

When I am not working, I am probably traveling, running, cycling, maybe even snowboarding or attempting to kite. I may also just be eating ice cream or playing with my cat.

My interests span the intersection of digital and physical design, so my work ranges from purely digital products such as mobile apps and websites to physical products that embody their purpose and functionality in their form.

My focus lately is in smart objects which I loosely define as products that make use of micro-controllers and may or may not be connected to a network or the internet. I’m also really interested in AI (who isn’t right?). But really interested in applications for healthcare, human productivity, learning and also for creativity.
